Mcmullan Realty Company was established in 1961 by Dennis and Evelyn McMullan. Dennis C. McMullan was raised in Foreman, Arkansas. Dennis was a veteran in the United States Navy serving in the Asiatic Pacific Theater. He was the student body President of Northwestern State University and received his degree in 1951 under the GI Bill.

He was a member of Phi Kappa Nu Fraternity, American Legion Post #166, served two terms on the Springhill City Council from 1978 to 1986, the past President of the Springhill Chamber of Commerce, the first Eagle Scout in Springhill, Louisiana, a past board member of the North Webster Industrial District, and a member of Springhill United Methodist Church. Dennis passed away at the age of 82, December 30, 2007. His memory and business ethics continue to live on through, son, Denny's direction of the company.
